本校自行辦理外國學生招生，未委託任何校外機構、法人、團體或個人代辦；並視需要查核是否涉及不當收費、借貸或其他違法情形。
Aletheia University handles all international admissions independently and does not authorise any external party to act on its behalf. The University may verify suspected cases of improper fees, lending, or legal violations where necessary.

申請人須提供由銀行開立、金額超過 USD 3,000 的存款證明，或政府、本校或民間機構核發之獎學金證明。不得使用代辦、公司或個人出具之財力證明。
Applicants must provide a bank deposit certificate exceeding USD 3,000, or proof of a scholarship issued by the government, HCU, or a recognised private organisation. Financial documents from agents, companies, or individuals are not accepted.
