備註 Remarks：
- 水費、公共用電及學術網路免費。
Water, public electricity and campus internet access are provided free of charge. - 住宿保證金每學期初須繳交，次學期初將歸還。
Accommodation deposit is required at the beginning of each semester and will be refunded at the beginning of the following semester. - 預收電費每學期初繳交，如不足須另行儲值。
